We bought our first yacht "Blue Noot" as a used boat in the Netherlands. Because of the name being written in big, artistic letters on her side and the spinnaker, we decided to keep the name.

But for our new Sunbeam we had the chance to choose. Years before we bought her, we already were set on the name: Hello World.

On the one hand the name is influenced by our professional background, the IT-Business. Every programmer who is learning a new programm code has to write the first programm for showing "Hello World" on the screen. On the other hand it is also a simple and nice way of saying Hello to the World.
